  1. Main Responsibilities:

    • Research, analysis, and ideas to the development of the HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
    • Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the IBA’s ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm
    • Ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement
    • Identify opportunities for performance improvement through undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas
    • Assessment of the current organization culture and recommendation of the future culture model that will enable the Company to achieve its strategic goals
    • Understand what the employees think of their roles and responsibilities and giving them answers to what – they should be doing, why – they should be doing it and how they - should be doing it so that strategic goals are achieved

    Education: At least Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field from HEC recognized university/institute.

    Experience: At least 4-5 years of work experience in structured Human Resources department. Candidates with Organizational Development (OD) experience will be preferred
